Check-in step by step

How self check-in works

The registration card link is sent automatically before arrival. After completing the card, you will find the apartment entry instructions in the same link.

Fill in the registration card

About 2 days before arrival, we automatically send a link to the electronic registration card by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp. Keep this link, as you will need it again for the entry instructions.

Return to your booking

After filling in the card, open the same link again. To access the instructions, click our logo or the “Back to booking” button.

Display the entry instructions

The instructions appear automatically on the day of arrival from 14:30. Their visibility does not mean permission for earlier check-in; codes are active from 15:00.

Earlier entry is possible only if you receive clear confirmation from our team. The fact that instructions are visible from 14:30 does not make entry codes active earlier.

Before arrival

What is worth arranging in advance

Some things are easiest to prepare before your arrival. This helps us make the apartment ready for your exact needs.

Bedding and travel cot

  • Separate sleeping arrangements can be prepared free of charge, but you must inform us before arrival.
  • Extra bedding, for example for a child under 3, costs 40 PLN.
  • A travel cot for a child costs 60 PLN, without bedding.

Extra bedding does not mean adding another person to the reservation.

Invoice

If you need an invoice, please report it in the registration card and fill in the complete invoice details.

Late check-in

If you plan to arrive after 22:00, please let us know in advance. Some facilities may require additional guidance, and our reception team can prepare you to minimize the risk of entry problems at night.

Stay with a pet

You can come with your pet to most of our apartments. We do not provide bowls, bedding or pet accessories.

A one-time pet fee for the entire stay applies: 70 PLN.

Before arrival, please read the rules: pet stay regulations.

Children under 3

Children under 3 stay free of charge because we assume that such young children sleep with their parents. The free stay does not automatically include extra bedding.

If you need bedding or a travel cot, please inform us before arrival.

Reception contact

If your question concerns an active reservation, the most convenient way to contact us is Smart Chat / Smart Hotel in your booking panel. It is the fastest contact path for reservation matters.

The on-call reception number is available daily from 8:00 to 22:00: 533 048 666.

Key apartment rules

Please read the facility rules before arrival. They help keep the stay comfortable for you, other guests and neighbours.

Take care of the apartment

Please take care of the apartment furnishings and follow the facility rules so that your stay and the stay of other guests remain pleasant.

No smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our facilities. Any violation of this rule may result in a contractual penalty of 500 PLN.

Before arrival and check-out

Answers to the questions that most often appear shortly before arrival.

Where can I find the entry instructions?

In the same link where you fill in the electronic registration card. On the day of arrival, click our logo or the “Back to booking” button. The instructions appear automatically from 14:30.

What time can I enter the apartment?

The apartment is available from 15:00. The instructions may be visible from 14:30, but entry codes are active from 15:00. Earlier entry is possible only after confirmation from our team.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11:00. Please leave the apartment by this time.

Can I arrive with a pet?

In most apartments yes, but please check the list of facilities excluded from pet stays and the pet stay regulations.
